Request account deletion

Any parent, teacher or staff member can ask for their Tamheed account (website and Android app) and its data to be deleted.

How it works

Send the request with the form below, or ask your centre's administration directly.
The centre contacts you within 7 days on the phone or email on file to confirm the request is yours.
The account is deleted within 30 days of confirmation.

What is deleted

Your sign-in account: name, email, phone and password.
Your parent profile, your devices' notification tokens, and messages and notifications addressed to you.

What may be kept

A child's enrolment record at the centre (name, level, enrolment date) where the centre is legally required to keep it, detached from your account. You can ask in the notes for your child's data to be deleted too.
